Walking In The Rain
Today was raining all day. I love being outside but when it rains it hard to get any sniffing done and enjoy my time. My owner doesn’t like be outside in the rain that much. Also, my owner has me wear a raincoat when its raining. Yep, a raincoat. I don’t need a raincoat. I don’t mind getting my fur wet but only when it is not pouring heavily. My owner brings out an umbrella to keep dry. Forget the umbrella and enjoy the rain falling on your fur. Then there is the coming in and drying off. That is why my owner has me wear the raincoat. Doesn’t want to spend forever drying my double layer fur coat. Also, majority of our home is carpeted. I tolerate it the drying and making the paws clean. I don’t mind the smell of my fur. But my owner doens’t like the smell. So, I have my fur coat dried. Well, outside on my walk my owner keeps tugging on the leash to hurry. First part I sniff and do my business as my owner says hurry up. Last part of the walk I was getting tired of being out there. So, I hurried and didn’t stop to much. I do love though when I get in I shake my fur and water goes ever where. I laugh silently when it lands on my owner.
